To some extend, they are right. Without the proper organisation and methodology, offshoring projects can easily fail and sometimes result in a disastrous situation. However such failure does not happen by accident. It can always be avoided with the proper expertise.
Through the years I have developped a set of tools and techniques to successfully undertake offshoring projects. I have compile them in a method.
